BIOGRAPHY

Originally from a small village in the Hautes Alpes, in the heart of the mountains, Morgane Pasqualini spent a solitary childhood exploring the surrounding nature, she developed an extremely deep bond with the plant world. Morgane Pasqualini's work is imbued with organic influences, a connection to the earth, to variations and irregularities of forms. This attraction to Greco-Roman antiquity and the culture of the Mediterranean basin is an intrinsic part of its Corsican-Italian origins. Also inspired by ancient and primitive pottery, she mixes turning and the ancestral coiling technique, which allows the construction of unique pieces with free lines. Very sensitive to beauty, this aesthetic research is central to her practice.
