We are committed to highlighting the know-how of the artisans with whom we work, to respecting their work, as well as to offering you exclusive pieces. As each piece is produced by hand, we have made the decision to offer decorative objects for sale in limited quantities.
The objects in our collections are produced in limited quantities, in this logic of responsible production, while stocks last, no restocking is planned.
On each product page, you will find a notice indicating the current stock level. If you have any questions about a product, do not hesitate to send us an email at shop@carolineandreoni.com .
Certain pieces from our collections, particularly large furniture, are called “timeless” and are available for pre-order.
To create an account, nothing could be simpler:
- Click on the “ Account ” space at the top right of the home page on your computer, or on the menu from your mobile.
- Click on “Create an account”.
- Fill in the requested information and validate.
You can save your delivery addresses so that you do not have to re-enter them when placing your order, or delete them. To do this, go to your “My account / Your Addresses” area.
If you have forgotten your password, go to the “ Account ” area at the top right of the home page, enter your email address and click on “Forgot your password?”. You will then receive an email allowing you to reset it.
Add the products you want to order to the cart by clicking on “Add to cart”. Your products will then be automatically added to your basket which you can find at any time on the basket icon at the top right of each page.
Once your selection is finalized, click on your basket. You can review the added products. In particular, you can modify the quantities within the limits of available stock or delete certain items. To continue validating your order, click on “Order”. You will then access the identification and account creation page. Log in or create your account using your email address and password. The order process then consists of three steps:
Step 1 - Enter or confirm your delivery and billing addresses. It is imperative that you provide us with true and up-to-date information so that the order can be properly completed and delivered. For the delivery address, we invite you to include all necessary elements (building #, code) for delivery. Your telephone number is also necessary, in particular to be able to be contacted by our customer service or by certain carriers for appointments. Click “Continue”.
Step 2 - Select your delivery method when possible. Depending on your address, as well as the type of products you order, one or more modes of transport are offered to you at different prices. These partners have been carefully selected to bring you the best satisfaction.
Step 3 – Choose your payment method. You can pay by credit card via the secure Pay Plug platform. Then enter your bank details and click on “Pay”. Once your order has been paid and confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation by email with the order number as well as a summary of your basket. You can also find your order in your MY ACCOUNT space.
You can pay for your purchases by credit card directly on the site. We accept CB, Mastercard and Visa cards and use the secure Pay Plug platform.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your package except for large furniture, delivered by carrier and for which you will be contacted directly. You also have the possibility to follow the status of your order in your MY ACCOUNT space. If you have any questions about your delivery, send us an email on shop@carolineandreoni.com .
You can add or remove items from your cart until your order is validated.
Once your order has been placed, the ability to cancel an order depends on the progress of your order. As long as your order has not yet been transmitted to our logistics center, we may cancel all or part of your order.
Do not hesitate to contact us on shop@carolineandreoni.com, clearly specifying your order number and what you wish to modify. If your order has not yet been sent to our warehouse, we may cancel your order and provide a full refund. If, on the other hand, the order has already been sent to our warehouse, we will not be able to cancel or modify your order. You can only return the items to us for reimbursement once your package has been received, within 14 days. Return costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Items made to order and/or custom-made will not be returned, exchanged or refunded.
For the moment, our products are only delivered to mainland France. We hope to eventually be able to open delivery to all countries... Patience... :)
Delivery times depend on product categories. We favor workshops on a human scale for the production of our products which do their best to meet the announced deadlines. Thank you for your indulgence in the event of a delay in your order. Please allow 3 working days for small items. They are then taken care of by our logistics partners and your package generally arrives at its destination within 3 working days.
For orders for furniture or larger products, the preparation time can be up to 4 weeks if made to order. They are then taken care of by a carrier with whom you will make an appointment for delivery. If your basket contains several items located in different locations, several shipments will be planned.
We invite you to contact our Customer Service by email via shop@carolineandreoni.com indicating your order number. We will do everything possible to find a solution as quickly as possible.
You have fourteen (14) clear days after receipt of your order to return your purchases for reimbursement if they are not suitable.
Please send a message to shop@carolineandreoni.com specifying your order number and we will send you a message specifying the return procedure. The items must be returned to us in their packaging and in their original condition, accompanied by the delivery slip received once your return request has been made.
Return costs are your responsibility and you are free to choose the shipping method. Of course, in the event of an error attributable to our brand (defective new item or order preparation error), we will cover the costs of returning the item.
Once the return package is received, we will refund you within 14 working days after checking its condition. The refund will be made to the original payment method. We will notify you as soon as the refund has been made.
We do not exchange products. For a new model or a new color, we invite you to reorder.
