The Portal Mirror piece is an imposing mirror to place on the floor or to hang as desired. The frame is made of oiled solid wood while the mirror is made of polished stainless steel. Mirror polished stainless steel has an impeccable appearance, it is unbreakable, flexible and light. It is held in the wooden frame thanks to a rebate and a removable birch plywood base. The mirror-polished stainless steel plate is flexible and will play with the woodwork surrounding it by offering different perceptions. Up close, the mirror gives a clear reflection while from afar the image is distorted giving the impression of a portal. The environment seems to blend within this organic form.
