Most handles are handcrafted from brass using the traditional foundry technique. Brass is a durable material of the highest quality.
Its characteristic feature, however, is slow "aging". Handles and wall decorations made of natural or polished brass can therefore oxidize, take on a more yellow tint and become covered with a natural patina. This is a natural process and does not constitute grounds for complaint.
Depending on the model, the handles are either protected by varnish or by traditional coating.
PAP DECO furniture handles are artistic products, handmade to individual order. Each product is therefore unique and minor imperfections may therefore appear, which does not constitute grounds for return or complaint.

All PAP DECO products are covered by a 24-month warranty.

Brass handles should not be cleaned with detergents such as window cleaners, descalers, bleach and other commercially available cleaning fluids.
All PAP DECO products should only be cleaned occasionally with a soft cloth.
