This Torre candleholder, made of chamotte stoneware, features a texture with grains of sand. Each piece is unique, numbered, signed, and hand-crafted from chamotte stoneware, a clay fired several times between 900 and 1400 degrees. During this process, the object becomes as solid as stone. It is through assembly, modeling, sculpting, and various firings that the object is revealed.

Through ceramics, Alan Louis captures the particular essence of raw and natural elegance.
