Visual artist, Thalia Dalecky began by working around the theme of the female body. Then came these increasingly elongated profile faces, until abstraction. The different finishes of his pieces invite the observer to place his hand on them to compare the different sensations. It is a return to childhood, to the primary stage of touch, to this irresistible desire to manipulate the materials of the objects that surround us.

Thalia loves to experiment and discover new materials, find solutions by herself for the functionality of her works, assemble different mediums.

She creates her unique works in her Paris workshop, where she also gives classes.
